Why should I choose TCS?
Here are some reasons:
- TCS strives to present every class from a Christian, Biblical worldview. Students are prepared with a solid foundation academically and spiritually.
- TCS is fully accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). All teachers are qualified, degreed teachers who are certified by ACSI.
- In order for admission to TCS, older students must obtain a pastoral reference as well as maintain regular church involvement. Our goal is not to produce "good" students, but to produce Godly students.
- TCS has a student class size averaging 15. This feature and the school's size (around 400) create a true "family" atmosphere of caring and personal attention.
- TCS utilizes electronic teaching stations (including LCD projectors) in every classroom.
- TCS offers AP classes in calculus, biology and Spanish.
- TCS has two well-equipped gymnasiums.
- TCS offers a competitive athletic program for junior high through varsity levels and works in conjunction with Timberleague to offer a complete seasonal athletic program for grades K-6. We do not recruit students for athletics.
